Colin McCullough

Fitness Director

Master Trainer, Colin McCullough, holds a BS degree in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst and a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Bridgewater State University. Colin is NSCA Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer and IYCA Youth Fitness Specialist. Colin has experience as an Athletic Trainer at Boston College, Bridgewater State and Lasell College. Colin has been serving as a volunteer coach for the Medfield High School Girls Lacrosse team. He enjoys martial arts and holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu. Colin specializes in Rehab/Prehab, Corrective Exercises, and sports performance training. He works with all age groups and is passionate about helping his clients to safely achieve their goals.
