Patty has been involved in the fitness industry for more than 12 years and has a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals. Patty is a STOTT Certified Pilates instructor and believes that a strong core is the first step to a successful training program. A strong core is the foundation for enhancing physical performance, improving posture, creating longer leaner muscles and helps to reduce the risk of lower back pain. Patty's training programs focus on strengthening the core, creating symmetry and balance within. Patty has her Personal Training Certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and is also Bosu Balanced certified, Spinning certified, Barsculpt certified and trained for Les Mills BodyCombat and Idea Evolution fitness.
