ABOUT OUR APP
Our current App has been in use at
The Adirondack Club since January 2018.
It makes reserving classes, checking your club account and even scanning to check in at the Front Desk easier than ever before!
The app has been a great addition to our club...but we have found some quirks with the app and would like to share them with you!
When booking a class make sure you go through all the steps. This one may sound easy but the developer added a button and phrasing that can be very misleading. As you can see below, you have the option of tapping "OK" or "ADD TO CALENDAR."
This is because even though this seems like the final page it is not. The top is very misleading and you are not truly done booking until you tap 'OK" regardless of the "Thank you" at the top of the page. "ADD TO CALENDAR." simply adds the date and time of the event to your personal calendar. At this moment the developer has not made any changes.


PROBLEMS WITH THE APP OR LOGGING IN TO YOUR ADIRONDACK CLUB ACCOUNT?
If you have trouble logging into the App a few things could be causing this issue.
Confirm you have the correct username. To check this you can...
Option 1. Try a different device. Attempt logging in on a laptop or computer. If this doesn't work you can send a reset password to the email on file and the email will contain your username and temporary password. (Sometimes these emails can take 10-minutes to arrive)
Option 2. Call Us! We would be happy to help you if the Option 1 doesn't work out. From our systems, we can confirm the email on file and username and can force a password reset manually.
Option 3. Already have plans to stop by the club? Stop by our Front Desk where one of our amazing Front Desk Team would be happy to help solve any issues you may have!
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD THROUGH THE APP

Tap the three lines in the top left corner

Select "Home"

Select all three lines in the top left corner again

Select "My Account"

Select "Edit Member Info"

Select "Financial"

Select "Credit Card"

Input new card number and hit "Done"
