YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Our program is run in 4-week sessions.
You can join at any time.
Current Program Times:
Tuesday and/or Thursday 3:45-4:30pm
1x a week $42 for non-members
We introduce 7-10 year old's to foundational athletic movements and skills in a safe and fun way.
This program includes dynamic warm-ups, play based speed and agility training, obstacle courses, body weight strength movements, and more.
Training Sessions are limited to 8 athletes per class!
