TRX is the perfect workout for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! You control the angle of your body which can intensify or modify an exercise! TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
We are now offering TRX Group Training programs. These progressive workouts are designed to deliver maximum results for all fitness levels and goals. Your TRX Instructor will lead you and your fellow teammates through an amazing workout that includes strength and endurance! Each week builds upon the previous. At the end of the session, you will see, feel and measure noticeable results! All TRX Group Training sessions are coached by a certified TRX Instructor.
Are you new to TRX? Contact our Fitness Department to schedule your complimentary orientation with one of our TRX Certified Instructors prior to your first class and get all your TRX questions answered!

FALL DROP-IN TRAINING
Join Trainer, Carol Bouchard, for fitness training using the TRX Suspension Trainer. TRX Suspension Training develops strength, power, endurance, balance, flexibility and core stability! Carol is offering TRX drop-in sessions - you get to choose which classes you go to based on your schedule!
