This program is for novice and advanced high school athletes looking to get faster, stronger, and more confident for their fall sports.

This program requires athletes to train a minimum of 2x a week.

Starts 11/30/20 and runs through 2/20/21

No Training 12/24/20-1/2/21

Training Times:
Monday: 

3:00-4:00pm

5:30-6:30pm

 

Tuesday:

4:30-5:30pm

Wednesday:

3:00-4:00pm

5:30-6:30pm

 

Thursday:

4:30-5:30pm

Friday: 

3:00-4:00pm

4:30-5:30pm

Saturday: 

9:00-10:00pm

COST:

$315 for members $375 for non-members

Add a 3rd/4th day for $135 each ($169 non-members) a 10% discount

(Monday-Wednesday 11 sessions and Thursday-Friday 10 sessions)

2 pay option available**.

Prorating Available.

​ Limited to 6 athletes per group.

We will do our best to make up missed sessions during the 10 week program. 

 

Enroll under Programs>Sports Performance>High School…. Non-members please create a “non-member” account to enroll. You will need to enroll in each training slot separately.

9-WEEK TRAINING SESSION FOR IN-SEASON ATHLETES STARTS December 5th!

This program is designed specifically for Fall in-season athletes who want to finish their season as stronger and more powerful then they started. 

Be Your Best When It Counts Most!

 

Program includes:

  • Weekly live training session Saturday 11:00-11:45am

  • Access to online training programs to complete on athlete's own schedule during the week using Trainerize app

  • Weekly check-ins with our Performance Coaches via Trainerize

  • Weekly nutrition and performance tips via Trainerize

 

In-season training will start on December 5th and run through February 13th.

No training 12/26/20

 

COST:

$189 for members $236 for non-members

Prorating Available

Members enroll on the club app or Online Services under Programs/Sports Performance/High School In-Season Strength Training. Non-members create a "Non-Member" account to enroll.
