GROUP EXERCISE INFORMATION
 

$5 Non-Cancellation Fee is now

effective. We are charging a $5 non-cancellation fee for any reservations not canceled at least one hour prior to class. This fee does not apply to people moved from the wait list that cannot make it to class.


GROUP X CLASS EMAIL Notifications Now Live!

 

Email notification has now been turned on for Group X classes that require advanced sign-up!  You will receive an email when booking a class, canceling a class and when you are moved from the waitlist into a class.  Please make sure we have your most current email address!

Fall Schedule Effective September 22nd

CYCLING CLASSES IN THE CYCLE ZONE!

CYCLEZONE:  Learn how to train in different heart rate zones to increase your fitness level.  Learn how to "feel" the hills, flat terrains, and jumps.  The use of small hand weights is optional.  CycleZone is for all fitness levels, easy to learn and a great workout.  To get the most out of this class we encourage the use of MyZone heart rate monitors; however, these are not required.

CYCLEJAM: The hottest cycling class at the club with mind-blowing playlists, pumped up energy, volume and lighting.  If you are sensitive to dark or flashing lights this may not be the class for you.  High music volume can be cut in half by using earplugs that are provided.

CYCLECLASSIC: This cycle class is the original "ride the road" class set to low or natural lighting and moderate music volume.

**Classes are closely monitored and class times, instructors and class type are subject to change.**

Wednesday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Thursday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
