This program is for novice and advanced high school athletes looking to get faster, jump higher, and become stronger and more confident in their sports.
This program requires athletes to train a minimum of 2x a week.
Our high school program runs in 8-14 week sessions depending on the time of the year (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer).

We will do our best to make up for missed sessions during the 13-week program.
