Performance Training Online Coaching and Program Design
At The Adirondack Club
Want to get your athlete in to train with our performance coaches but can't seem to find the time?
Do you have an athlete that wants to workout on their own but concerned they are going to waste their time or worse hurt themselves?
We have seen many well intended athletes get distracted or quite because they don't know what to do at the gym. They have the goal to increase their performance but not sure how to get there. Unfortunately, many times they end up doing what their workouts buddies do or quite.
Save time, energy and worry. They don't have to do it on their own.
Our online coaching program is for athletes that are motivated to train on their own but need guidance on what to do.
Our coaches will build a training program specifically around your athlete’s needs, abilities, sport, and equipment access. This program will be deliver through the ADK Training app which includes video demonstrations.
In this program our coaches will check in on them weekly to make sure they are staying accountable to their goals and safely executing the plan.

Virtual Performance Training
We are excited to continue to offer high level coaching and programing to your athletes. The only thing that has changed is the vehicle in which we deliver our program to your athletes.
We know leaving it up to the athlete to get it done on their own has a very low success rate. There are very few athletes out there that have the mindset to go out and train on their own.
Our program is here to support your athlete by giving them a schedule and structure to their training.
Our training sessions are designed with the athletes needs in mind not just mash ups of body weight exercises to make them sweat.
Our coaches are here to motivate, inspire, keep your athlete moving while making the process fun.
