Tennis Racquet Stringing
We are looking for a qualified racquet stringer with at least 1 year of stringing experience. We will provide stringing machine and all supplies; you supply the talent.
We have a strong stringing demand here at the Club as well as the outside community of players. Compensation structure flexible and negotiable.

Manager on Duty
A Manager on Duty (MOD) is a part-time position that assumes the responsibility of managing and overseeing the staff of four departments Member Services, Childcare, Aquatics, and Fitness.
We are currently looking to hire a part-time MOD to assist with various coverage,

Must be able to work nights, weekends and early mornings
Responsibilities:
-
Open/Close The Club: turning on/off all electronics, lights, computers, and equipment.

Respond promptly and respectfully to member complaints and suggestions.
-
Recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment. For example, allowing lifeguards to leave early if it is raining.
-
Delegate work to front desk staff such as filing, printing brochures, and other tasks as assigned.
-
Monitor the member check-in process and address issues that arise on member’s accounts upon check-in – balances due, membership expired, etc.
-
Record any maintenance issues that need attending to in the system log. In case of a maintenance emergency call the facilities director.

Give prospective members a tour and be an expert on all different types of memberships and programs the club offers.

React calmly in emergency situations and contact the appropriate people.
Qualifications:

Previous management experience
-
Adept at resolving issues promptly and thoroughly

Experience in the Fitness, Aquatics, Retail, or Hospitality industry preferred

Lifeguards/Part-Time
Immediate and Seasonal Shifts (weekends required & 1 after school shifts/week
Responsibilities and Duties:
-
Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of an accident or emergency.
-
Inform members of current programming and pool schedule.
-
Monitor cleanliness of pool and pool deck and perform maintenance when necessary. Alert Aquatics Director of any major issues.
-
Check and Record chemical readings at required times.
-
Communicates the rules of the facility to patrons fairly and consistently.
-
Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintains a high standard of customer service.
-
Completes accident/incident reports as necessary.
-
Fulfills other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.

Adheres to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, timeliness, codes of conduct, dress and timekeeping.
Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications
-
Previous Lifeguard experience preferred.

Ability to work with children

Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
