KIDS GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
The Club offers a variety of Kids Group X sessions during the Fall, Winter & Spring!
Each class runs once a week for 6-8 weeks. This program is free to members and available to non-members for a fee.
Our Winter sessions starts on January 15th, with enrollment opening on January 8th. Please see below for classes and their descriptions.

WINTER PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Kids Cycle with Patty Piatelli
Tuesdays, 4:00pm - 4:45pm
Ages 10 - 14
$54 for non-members
Kids will learn the basics of cycling. Setting up the bike. The positions of the bike and how to ride with the correct form. Fun playlists and high energy instructors will make this class so much fun!
Fun Fit Kidz with Lara Grady
Thursdays, 4:00pm - 4:45pm
Ages 6 - 12
$45 for non-members
This class will be a 5-week program due to no class running on Thanksgiving Day.
The best exercise is when you don’t feel like you’re exercising. Fun Fit Kidz is so much fun it doesn’t feel like a workout– but your kids will feel it later. Tag games, walk/run/jump activities, obstacle course, fitness circuits and more will provide the same benefits as structured exercise without the boredom.
