KIDS GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
The Club offers a variety of Kids Group X sessions during the Fall, Winter & Spring!
Each class session is typically once a week for 6-8 weeks. This program is free to members and available for non-members for a fee.

FALL PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Yoga for Kids with Ann Lynch
Mondays 4:00pm - 4:45pm
YOGA comes to life in this fun and creative class! Playful yoga poses, storytelling and music engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of your child, while partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that they are sure to carry into their everyday lives.
Kids Cycle with Patty Piatelli
Tuesdays, 4:00pm - 4:45pm
Kids will learn the basics of cycling. Setting up the bike. The positions of the bike and how to ride with the correct form. Fun playlists and high energy instructors will make this class so much fun!
Kids Run/Walk Club with Lara Grady
Thursdays, 4:00pm - 4:45pm
Kids of all ages will learn the importance of walking and running for fun. They will learn how far the daily 10,000 recommended steps actually are and how fun it is to achieve them. The Run/Walk Club kids will earn a necklace and foot charms with every mile completed. Special charms are given for 5, 10, etc... miles. The club mileage can be accumulated in fall and spring kids group exercise sessions.
