Children in Yoga Class

KIDS YOGA

(AGES 6-12)

MONDAYS
4:00PM - 4:45PM

Expanding minds and maturing bodies come together through independent and group activities that stimulate physical strength, emotional balance, and self-confidence. Classes will integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation techniques. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of yoga and they will have fun doing it!

Kids Running

FUN FIT KIDS

(AGES 6-12)

THURSDAYS

4:00PM - 4:45PM

The class will focus on activities to improve speed, strength, and agility while having fun!  We will use a variety of equipment, including light weights, agility ladders, and bands as well as finish the class with a team activity.  The goal is to help improve physical performance and increase confidence for your young athlete.  All skill levels are welcome to participate!

KIDS RUN/WALK CLUB

(AGES 6-12)

TUESDAYS
4:00PM - 4:45PM

Kids will learn the importance of walking and running for fun and for some, a competitive edge. They will learn how far the daily 10,000 recommended steps actually are and how fun it can be to achieve it. The walk/run club kids will earn a necklace and foot charms with every mile completed. Special charms are given for 5k, 10k etc.

KIDS CYLE

(AGES 10-14)

WEDNESDAYS
4:00PM - 4:45PM

Improve your speed as we ride on the flats, build strength as we climb hills, and test your limits as we travel through rolling hills led by a certified instructor motivated by great music! No two rides are the same and the playlists are curated especially for kids. Cycling is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. The instructor will individually guide each participant throughout the entire ride, ensuring that you get the most out of your own workout. Beginners are welcome at all classes. We’ll fit your bike and get you started so you feel comfortable, and most of all… HAVE FUN while working up a good sweat!

Our 5-week Spring Session runs from
Monday, April 25th through Thursday, May 26th.

Kids Group X Classes are included with a family membership.

All other kids can participate for $45 per 5-week session.

*please note that each class is considered a different session*
