SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Semi-Private Personal Training is a cost-effective way for you to get the motivation, personalization, and results that you want! Our training staff offers several semi-private training times that give you the opportunity In a small group, you will get personalized attention, work with and supportive community and have fun!
First 45 is a comprehensive 45-day plan designed to get you on the path to improved health and wellness. Complimentary to all new members when they join, First 45 strives to provide each participant with the tools and guidance they need to achieve their fitness goals.
Our highly experienced staff will work closely with participants throughout the 45 day period, and beyond, with the goal of being a valuable resource for them!
We offer a dedicated Pilates studio space where we provide personalized one-on-one private training or semi-private training. Our studio is fully equipped with Cadillac, Reformer (with jump board), Arc Barrel and Pilates ring, and, of course, mat. Our instructors are trained and certified in the STOTT Pilates method.

Semi-Private Mat Classes (3-6 students)
We are offering TRX Group Training programs. These progressive workouts are designed to deliver maximum results for all fitness levels and goals. Your TRX Instructor will lead you and your fellow teammates through an amazing workout that includes strength and endurance! Each week builds upon the previous. At the end of the session you will see, feel and measure noticeable results! All TRX Group Training sessions are coached by a certified TRX Instructor.
