Josh Shuman

Josh Shuman

NSCA Strength And Conditioning Specilist

Josh Shuman, CSCS, has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. He first got into training due to his love of basketball. He was looking to improve his game as he wasn't the most gifted athlete, so he began researching online. The more he learned the science behind exercise and skill enhancement, the more passionate he became. This led him getting his BS in Applied Exercise Science with a minor in coaching from Springfield College.

While studying he took on many internship opportunities working with a variety of populations in different settings. He has worked with pro athletes, youth athletes, weight loss clients, elderly clients, and everyone in between. As he had more experience coaching people the more, he saw how much of an impact he could make on other people's lives.

He loves working together with his clients on whatever goal they may have and dealing with the different obstacles that come with creating sustainable change. He’d love to help you along on your journey whether that be in the training zone or basketball court.

Julie Low

It wasn’t until 2017 that she decided to pursue her love of health and fitness full time, becoming certified in Group Fitness through AFAA. Through this platform, Julie hopes to inspire others that there is no right exercise program for everyone to follow. The right program is that one that keeps you coming back week after week!

Most recently, Julie completed her STOTT Pilates training for mat work and reformer.  She believes that Pilates truly is for EVERY BODY. Learning to move your body from a strong core is the key to preventing injury. Pilates also improves posture, mobility and muscle imbalances.
