Dave Chabot

Sports Performance Coach

Dave completed an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and is currently enrolled in a Master's Program in Physical Education with a focus in Strength and Conditioning at Bridgewater State University.  Dave was a competitive swimmer in high school and college.  After graduation he was looking for a way to remain active and athletic and joined a gym.  He quickly realized that even though he was a decent swimmer, he hadn't made himself a good athlete.  Dave began studying the science behind training in order to improve his own fitness and he fell in love with it.  He started a Master's Program in Physical Education with a focus in Strength and Conditioning in order to help give other athletes what he felt he had lacked during his years as a competitive athlete.  Training quickly became Dave's passion and he feels very fortunate to be able to pursue it here.  Dave looks forward to helping you reach your potential and goals!
