Master Trainer, Colin McCullough, holds a BS degree in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst and a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Bridgewater State University. Colin is NSCA Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer and IYCA Youth Fitness Specialist. Colin has experience as an Athletic Trainer at Boston College, Bridgewater State and Lasell College. Colin has been serving as a volunteer coach for the Foxboro High School Girls Lacrosse team. He enjoys martial arts and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu. Colin specilizes in post-injury reconditioning, functional training, and sports performance training. He works with all age groups and is passionate about helping his clients to safely achieve their goals.

Ben is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ben has spent his whole life surrounded by sports, playing both lacrosse and basketball for more than 15 years. Ben has a passion for working with kids, and experience in coaching youth sports teams.

After suffering a bad back injury in his early college days, Ben spent time researching the fitness industry with the goal of getting back into shape as quickly as possible. Through his rehab process, Ben fell in love with the gym and the idea of applying science based research into his workouts. Ben's looking to provide a fun atmosphere in his personal training sessions where he can show his clients exactly what it means to work out smarter. Ben is excited to join the team and is looking forward to helping Adirondack members reach their goals!

Keith Weiner, MS, CSCS, has a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania.  He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA, a Performance Enhancement Specialist certified through NASM and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.  Keith has years of experience working with middle school, high school and D1-D2 college athletes.  In addition to coaching young athletes, he also enjoys working with adults to help them realize their true potential.  Keith aims to help his clients look and feel the way they have always dreamed of and to achieve the things they never thought they could do.  We are excited about the knowledge and energy Keith will bring to our fitness staff!

NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist

Kendra has her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a Biomechanics specialization from the University of Rhode Island, and her BS in Exercise Science also from the University of Rhode Island. Kendra has a specialization in shoulder injury detection, rehabilitation and prevention from her experiences working with semi-professional, professional and amateur baseball players at a biomechanics facility in Pennsylvania and her research with swimmers in the biomechanics lab at URI. 


She was a Division 1 swimmer at URI and has experience coaching swimmers at all levels. Kendra has been training athletes of all ages for over 6 years in the weight room and enjoys helping them achieve their goals. 


She loves to see her clients have fun at the gym and get excited when they accomplish feats they never thought possible. Kendra is excited to aid everyone at the Adirondack Club in having a fun, safe and productive time while they train!

Marc’s mission is to help others develop their best selves. At his core, Marc is a teacher.  As an education entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience he has served in the roles of coach, teacher, school founder, school leader, and executive director.  Marc is an avid runner with regular podium finishes.  In his forties he ran a 2:51 PR in the Boston Marathon and successfully completed 50-mile ultramarathons.  Marc has been practicing ChiRunning for many years and credits it for his ability to run 2,500 injury-free miles every year. 

In recent years Marc has combined his deep education experience with his passion for running to coach a wide range of runners of all ages and abilities.  He is especially proud of his current streak of supporting individuals to successfully run their first marathon or half marathon or PR. 

Becoming a ChiRunning/ChiWalking coach is a dream come true for Marc as it allows him to share his enthusiasm and knowledge of ChiRunning with others!  Marc lives in Wrentham with his animal-lover wife and his soccer-obsessed sons. 

Rylie Dalzell

Rylie Dalzell holds a Certified Functional Strength Coach Certification, she is a former college lacrosse player and Roger Williams University graduate in the class of 2020.  She graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and is pursuing her masters degree in Special Education. Rylie has coached youth sports for a number of years, and she has run basketball clinics and camps. After graduating, she wanted to connect her passion for athletics, teaching, health, and fitness and found personal training as that outlet. As an athlete, Rylie has learned to overcome injury, and to build strength, not only prevent injury but to comeback from one as well. She aims to help her clients reach their goals, and share her passion for fitness.

Tom Cochrane

Masters In Health and Human Performance

Tom earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State University. He is currently a Physical Education and Health teacher at Foxborough Regional Charter School. Tom was a high school and college football player and has been coaching football for eleven years, primarily at the youth level. He enjoys helping young athletes develop the skills necessary to succeed in sports. Tom loves coaching football, hanging out at the beach with his family and playing yard games. He and his wife Lori reside in Bellingham with their young son.
