Join Kathy and Julie to celebrate International Pilates Day!
Our week-long celebration will include free 30 min Pilates reformer demos (5/2-5/7) and finishing with Kathy and Julie co-teaching a Pilates class Saturday May 7th at 9:30am together on the basketball court.
If you sign up for a free reformer demo or Pilates class the week of 5/2-5/7 you will be entered into a raffle to win a few great prizes.
Pilates Day is an annual, international, community event celebrated on the first Saturday of May every year. The goal of Pilates Day is to foster the public’s appreciation and awareness of Pilates through a network of varied, innovative, and high-quality grassroots Pilates events accessible and affordable for all.

May 5 Thursday-Kathy 3pm, 3:30pm
May 6 Friday-Kathy 12pm, 12:30pm
May 7 Saturday-Kathy & Julie- 11:30, 12:00pm
