MEMBER REFERRAL PROGRAM
Our community wouldn't be what it is today without our members! Year after year we see our membership organically grow thanks to word of mouth and referrals. Bringing this program back was incredibly important to us. It is a way of us saying thank you to all those who talk about us outside the walls of the Club.
When you are referred to the Club by a current member, both you and the member receive a Club credit that can be used towards things like your monthly dues, personal training, guest fees, tennis clinics and more.
REFER A FAMILY MEMBER - $50 CLUB CREDIT
REFER A FULL MEMBER - $35 CLUB CREDIT
REFER A FITNESS MEMBER - $25 CLUB CREDIT

THE ADIRONDACK CLUB APP
Our new app launched in April 2023 which has greatly improved the member experience making it easy to register for classes & programs, submit requests to change your membership, pay your bill, update your information and more!
Your barcoded to scan into the Club can be found in the upper right corner of your home page.
Your schedule for any upcoming activities can be found on your home page when you login.
Group X Classes
Group X Classes through Wednesday, April 19th are bookable through the front desk or the old app
Group X Classes for April 20th and forward are bookable through the new app.
You may now Favorite your most loved classes!
All requests to change your membership are now done through the app. This includes renewals, upgrades, medical freezes, downgrades and cancellations. These requests will be routed to our Member Services Specialists and will be reviewed for eligibility.
Please note that submitting the request is not does not guarantee the request will be approved. It is all based upon the contract you are in.
You may register for programs through the app and web portal such as Spring Tennis, Sports Performance, Pickleball.
It is now easy to pull your check in and transaction history in the app! Just click on "Profile" in the bottom left corner. This is great for those needing documents for insurance reimbursement.
PROBLEMS WITH THE APP OR LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT?
If you have trouble logging into the App a few things could be causing this issue.
Confirm you have the correct username. To check this you can...
Option 1. Try a different device. Attempt logging in on a laptop or computer. If this doesn't work you can send a reset password to the email on file and the email will contain your username and temporary password.
Option 2. Call Us! We would be happy to help you if the Option 1 doesn't work out. From our systems, we can confirm the email on file and username and can force a password reset manually.
Option 3. Already have plans to stop by the club? Stop by our Front Desk where one of our amazing Front Desk Team would be happy to help solve any issues you may have
