LARGE GROUP TRAINING

Industry studies show that working with a trainer will help you to achieve your goals. Our Large Group Training is a cost-effective way for you to get the motivation and results that you want! We offer several large group training programs that give you the opportunity to try something new, or intensify your workouts. Our programs are either offered as a drop in or for a short period of time (typically 4to 8 week programs).

BOX & BODY

60-minute mix of cardio boxing, battle ropes, ball slams, bands, bodyweight and beyond exercises! Drop into any of our training times using the app.

Whether you are training for an Obstacle Race or just looking for a fun way to get fit, this program is for you!  Come join us to stay fit in a safe and fun way!

AMPT UP

Ampt Up is a combination of strength, plyometrics, core agility and more. Perfect for adults looking to improve power, strength, stability, flexibility and conditioning.
