This program is for novice and advanced high school athletes looking to get faster, stronger, and more confident for their winter or spring sports.

This program requires athletes to train a minimum of 2x a week.

No class 9/4-9/6

(This slot is also for 1x a week in-season athletes)

COST:

Members $378 Non-members $472.50

(If training includes Tuesdays $393.75/$492.25 non-member)

In-season 1x a week rate $189 members/$236.25

Add a 3rd day for $170 ($212.50 non-members) a 10% discount ** 

Space is limited to 8 per training slot

 

We will do our best to make up for missed sessions during the 12 week program. 

 

Enroll on the club app or online services under Programs>Sports Performance>Spring High School…. Non-members please create a “Camp” account to enroll. You will need to enroll in each training slot separately.

Fall 11 Week In-Season Strength Training Program

When YOU put in the work now our coaches will train you to

WIN THE OFF-SEASON!

 

Starts September 11 and Runs Through 11/21

This program is designed specifically for Fall in-season athletes who want to finish their season as stronger and more powerful then they started. Be Your Best When It Counts Most!

 

Program includes:

·         Saturday live training session weekly 11:00-12:00pm

·         Access to online training programs to complete on athlete's own schedule during the week using Trainerize app

·         Weekly check-ins with our Performance Coaches

·         Weekly nutrition and and performance tips 

 

In-season training will start 9/11 and run through June 9/20

Cost:

$173.25 Members

$216.50 Non-members
