At the Adirondack Club

This program is for novice and advanced high school athletes looking to get faster, jump higher, get stronger, and more confident for their sports.

This program requires athletes to train a minimum of 2x a week.

The Summer session is still enrolling.

Session Starts 9/6/22 and runs through 11/22/22

High School Fall Sports Start 8/22/22

No training 7/4/2022

 

Class Times: 

Pick Any 2 Days

 

8 Athletes Per Training Time Slot

We will do our best to make up any missed sessions during the summer program

 

Cost:

$352 Members

$450 Non-members

 

Add a 3rd/4th day for $159 each ($199 non-members) a 10% discount *
