SPEED, AGILITY, AND STRENGTH TRAINING
At the Adirondack Club
This program is for novice and advanced high school athletes looking to get faster, stronger, and more confident for their fall sports.
This program requires athletes to train a minimum of 2x a week.
Starts 6/29/20 and runs through 8/16/20
Make Up week for missed session
Pick Any 2 Days
$262 for members $329 for non-members
Add a 3rd/4th day for $118 each ($146 non-members) a 10% discount
2 pay option available**.
Limited to 6 athletes per group.
We will do our best to make up missed sessions during the 12 week program.
Enroll under Programs>Sports Performance>High School…. Non-members please create a “non-member” account to enroll. You will need to enroll in each training slot separately.
