SPEED, AGILITY, AND STRENGTH TRAINING
At the Adirondack Club
This program is for novice and advanced high school athletes looking to get faster, stronger, and more confident for their fall sports.
This program requires athletes to train a minimum of 2x a week.
Enrollment opens 4/3/21
Starts 4/26/21 and runs through 6/19/21
No class 5/29-5/31
Pick Any 2 Days
(This slot is also for 1x a week in-season athletes)
$250 for members $310 for non-members
Add a 3rd/4th day for $126 ($157.50 non-members) a 10% discount
2 pay option available**.
Limited to 7 athletes per group.
We will do our best to make up missed sessions during the 9 week program.
Enroll under Programs>Sports Performance>High School…. Non-members please create a “non-member” account to enroll. You will need to enroll in each training slot separately.

This program is designed specifically for Fall in-season athletes who want to finish their season as stronger and more powerful then they started.
Be Your Best When It Counts Most!
· Saturday live training session weekly 11:00-12:00pm
· Access to online training programs to complete on athlete's own schedule during the week using Trainerize app
· Weekly check-ins with our Performance Coaches
· Weekly nutrition and and performance tips
In-season training will start on May 1st and run through June 19th
