This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, strength, power and confidence.
Our programs typically run in multi-week sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).

The program requires a minimum of 1x a week commitment You can join the program at any time. 

Drop In Training Runs from 6/20/22-9/2/22

Pick your package and then your schedule weekly. 

Training session are 75min long

Cost:

4 Sessions: $95

8 Sessions: $180

12 Sessions: $255

16 Sessions: $320

Non-members add 25% fee

 

Session expire 12 weeks after purchased

Unused sessions can be transferred to fall programming.

Packages can be purchased at time of enrollment.

 

Enroll your athlete in the “Classes” module in the app or online services and filter for sports performance.

No Training 4/16-4/23 and 5/28-5/30

Member $176

Non-Member $220

Add a 3rd day for $144/180 non-members a 10% discount.

We will do our best to make up for missed training sessions throughout the 11week program.
