This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, strength, power and confidence.
Our programs run in multi-week sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).
The program requires a minimum of 1x a week commitment.
You can join the program at any time.

For the best results we suggest 2x a week training. We know middle school athletes have a lot of other commitments. This program only requires a once a week commitment in the time slot you select.
