This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, and confidence.
Our programs typically run in multi-sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).

25% discount for members $165*
add a 3rd day for 10% off**
(Monday-Wednesday will have 11 training sessions and Thursday-Saturday 10.
