This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, and confidence.
Our programs typically run in 6-week sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).

Our summer session is drop in. See below for full details
You can join at any time. 

 

Summer Drop In

Speed, Agility and Strength Training

Runs 6/29/20-8/30/20

COST:

4 Sessions: $66

8 Sessions: $124

12 Sessions: $168

Non-members add 25% fee

Expire in 6 weeks from purchase

New athletes come try a session for free

Enroll and purchase packages through the the club app or Online Services under "Classes"

Non-members create a "Non-Member" account to enroll.
