This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, and confidence.
Our programs typically run in multi-sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).

You can join at any time.

$155 Non-members

25% discount for members $125*

New athletes come try a session for free

Enroll through the club app or Online Services under Program Registrations>Sports Performance>Spring Middle School...

Non-members create a "Non-Member" account to enroll.
