This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, strength, power and confidence.


Our programs run in multi-week sessions during the Fall, Winter, and Spring. The multi-week session requires a minimum of 1x a week commitment. We try to make up all missed sessions. 

During the Summer our program runs as a drop-in program to allow for training around vacation, travel, and camps.

Weekly Sign Ups
Starts 6/17/24-8/30/24
Pick two training times each week.
All training sessions are 60 minutes long

Monday:
10:30-11:30am


Tuesday:
10:30-11:30am, 4:30-5:30pm

Wednesday:
10:30-11:30am

Thursday:

10:30-11:30am, 4:30-5:30pm
 
Fridays:
10:30-11:30am

From there you can pick the combination of days and times that work best for your athlete.
