This program is for Middle School (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, strength, power and confidence. Our programs run in multi-week sessions during the Fall, Winter, and Spring. The multi-week session requires a minimum of 1x a week commitment. (We try to make up all missed sessions.) During the Summer our program runs as a drop-in program to allow for training around vacation, travel, and camps.
