MIDDLE SCHOOL
SPEED, AGILITY AND STRENGTH TRAINING
This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, strength, power and confidence.
Our programs typically run in multi-week sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).
The program requires a minimum of 1x a week commitment.
You can join the program at any time.
The Winter Session is still enrolling. See below.

Add a 3rd day for $159/199 non-members a 10% discount.
