This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, strength, power and confidence.
Our programs typically run in multi-week sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).
The program requires a minimum of 1x a week commitment You can join the program at any time.

Cost Per 12 Week Training Slot:
Add a 3rd day for $170/212.50 non-members a 10% discount.
There are 13 sessions training Tuesday and 11 on Saturdays. Price will adjust at checkout.
We will do our best to make up for missed training sessions throughout the 12 week program.
