This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, and confidence.
Our program is run in 6-week sessions.
You can join at any time.

$109 for Non-members
We will do our best to make up missed sessions during the 6-week program.
Members enroll on the club app or Online Services under Programs/Sports Performance/Middle School....
Non-members create a "Non-Member" account to enroll.
