This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, and confidence.
Our programs typically run in multi-sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).

Our summer session is drop in. See below for full details
You can join at any time. 

 

Fall 10 Week Middle School

Speed, Agility and Strength Training

Runs 11/30/20-2/20/21

No Training 12/24-1/2/21

Winter Training Times

Monday: 

3:30-4:30pm

4:30-5:30pm

Tuesday: 

4:00-5:00pm

4:45-5:45pm

Wednesday:

3:30-4:30pm

4:30-5:30pm

Thursday: 

4:00-5:00pm

4:45-5:45pm

Friday: 

3:30-4:30pm

Saturday: 

10:00-11:00am

6 Athletes Per Training Slot

 

Cost Per Training Time Slot:

$206.50

25% discount for members $165*

add a 3rd day for 10% off**

(Monday-Wednesday will have 11 training sessions and Thursday-Saturday 10.

New athletes come try a session for free

Enroll through the club app or Online Services under Program Registrations>Sports Performance>Fall Middle School...

Non-members create a "Non-Member" account to enroll.

*Athlete needs to be active member
