Chris Parent

Sports Performance Coach

Chris graduated from Salve Regina University with a bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice, where he also played collegiate rugby. In addition to being a student-athlete, he served as President of the Rugby Club and helped coach the women’s rugby team. After college, Chris made a career transition into personal training.


Chris has experience working with everyone from youth and college athletes to adults ranging in age from 22 to 75. His passion is helping people who are new to the gym fall in love with the training process and making fitness a lifelong endeavor.


Chris is also a competitive powerlifter, with personal bests of a 465-pound squat, a 315-pound bench press, and a 505-pound deadlift. In his free time, Chris enjoys playing guitar. 


He lives in Providence, Rhode Island, with his girlfriend, Ashlie, and their dog, Snickers.
