• Credit Card or Banking Information. Our website does not facilitate transactions, however when you sign up for membership with The Adirondack Club you are required to provide your payment information for your account.  

• Location Data - our apps collects location data only after the user has granted permission. This
  includes background location access to support a core feature that detects
  when a user is near a facility location and enables a seamless check-in
  experience by prompting access to their access card barcode. Location data is
  processed on device to trigger relevant notifications and is not stored by the
  app, nor is it stored on our servers or shared with any third parties. Users can
  manage or disable location permissions at any time through their device
  settings.

• Fitness and Wellness Information - Workout plans, exercise logs, training progress, fitness assessments, nutrition plans, meal tracking information

• Health Metrics and Activity Data - Heart rate, resting heart rate, steps, sleep data, body fat percentage, weight, blood pressure, active calories burned, total calories burned, exercise activity, distance traveled, blood lab results manually shared by individuals. 

2.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Improve Our Services: We use your personal information to manage your membership, respond to your inquiries, process transactions, and enhance your experience on our website.

• Communication: We may use your contact information to send you important updates, promotions, newsletters, or other marketing materials. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the instructions in the emails we send or contacting us directly.

• Where integrations with third-party health or fitness services are enabled, data is accessed only with the user’s authorization and may be disconnected by the user at any time through the applicable service settings. Certain information processed within white-labeled applications — including health metrics and fitness activity data — may constitute sensitive personal information under applicable privacy laws. ABC processes such information solely as a processor or service provider and does not sell or use such information for cross-context behavioral advertising. ABC does not use such information for its own independent marketing purposes.

If you terminate your membership with the Adirondack Club, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at memberservices@adirondackclub.com. After a deletion request is approved, we will delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable time, except for information we are required to keep for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
