Rebecca Matulsky

Personal Trainer

Rebecca has been a certified personal trainer since 2014 and has worked with a diverse range of clients, from ages 18 to 90 in both large gym settings and small studio environment. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Behavior Science, along with several specialty certifications, including Mat Pilates, Kettlebell Athletics, Cancer Exercise Training, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness.


A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Rebecca is a former long-distance runner who now focuses on strength training, cycling, yoga, and barre. She is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve their health, and achieve goals they may not have thought possible.


Rebecca has extensive experience working with individuals who are new to exercise, as well as those looking to cross-train for sports such as marathon running, cycling, and tennis. She takes pride in creating fun, supportive, environments that empower clients to feel confident in their fitness journeys.


Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Her hobbies include baking, traveling, and antiquing. She also loves being outdoors, whether apple picking, going to the beach, kayaking, snowshoeing, and everything in between.
