Emily helped me heal the injuries PT couldn’t seem to resolve.  I had multiple injuries and aches (both shoulders, knee, low back), leaving me fearful of exercising on my own (so many things hurt and I wasn’t sure anymore what was a good hurt and what was pain to be heeded.). Emily did a great job keeping my own particular injuries in mind and skillfully designed exercise plans that helped me heal my injuries and get stronger. I am SO grateful, and I highly recommend Emily!

The staff and facility are really great. They offer all the amenities you could want in a fitness center. We have a family membership and we have taken advantage of everything they have to offer from the pool in the summer to the personal trainers.

Training at Adirondack has been so great for my recovery! The team is able to modify the work up to my restrictions and carol is so wonderful!

i’ve been a member for a few months and i’m loving it so far! it is the only gym with a sauna that i know of in the area. it is clean and not too crowded and the members are respectful. the staff is also lovely!

I joined the Adirondack club about 10 months ago, I wish it was ten years ago. I always thought it was too expensive but It turns out it’s very affordable and with the promotions they run you can try it for a month free and even get fees waived for signing up at certain times. I can not say enough about the Adorondack club. The instructors are caring and personal and knowledgeable. They encourage me to try new things and even contact me when I’ve missed a few classes. The chill cafe is quickly becoming a regular meeting place for friends . I’m getting in shape and feel good about my work. I’m really thankful for the club and am so glad it’s close by. It has been a lifeline for my mental and physical health. It has become my community. A place I can work out with my family and bring friends, I’m really proud of it, it’s clean well stocked and has professional instructors that keep me on m It’s the place I win. . I workout 6 days a week. I’m there everyday, I can’t imagine not having it in my life right now! I would recommend the Adirondack club to anyone.

Great instructors on all levels and classes. Fun, motivating and guiding you to be better each and everyday. Spin, classes, weight lifting, semi private reformer classes, enough of a choice that you can always switch it up

Oh my goodness, where do I start! My husband and I have been members of the Adirondack Club for probably 18 years‼️ At first, we thought it might be too expensive for us to become members, but we were so wrong. It’s very affordable. Our kids spent much of their childhood here, and all three of them worked here as lifeguards!

The instructors for classes are remarkable! There’s a smorgasbord of classes to choose from, so you never get bored. The equipment is top notch, facilities are clean and well-kept. I haven’t yet ventured onto the new pickle ball courts, I’ve never played before, but there are instructors for that as well. Hoping to add that in 2023. The Chill bar is a great addition this past year. We highly recommend joining this beautiful club

We’ve been members for several years. The club is awesome! It’s well cared for and provided up to date precautions during the height of Covid. The trainers are the best- friendly, supportive and fun! The warm environment is welcoming to clients of all abilities and has turned this non athlete into someone who actually looks forward to going to the gym.

Adirondack Club has been an integral part of our family's life for over 20 years. The club has grown in size and accomodates various ages along with providing amazing workout options for all interests. I highly recommend obtaining a membership for you and your your family.

I have been a member at the Adirondack club for over 12 years. They offer a wide variety of fitness classes at all times throughout the day. The instructors are very enthusiastic, motivating and knowledgeable. They are also open to suggestions that members make regarding classes. I have made friends with other members thru the years. Jenn Goebel does a phenomenal job for all levels of fitness training. I’ve been going for the last 6+ months and I’m amazed how she can cater to the group while making you feel like you’re in a personal training class!

Joined in the spring and we have loved it. I’ve been training with Emily and she’s incredible. She is able to modify or add on during all our sessions. She’s always giving tips to the class about form and tailors all exercises to our needs. Emily is great and has challenged me physically beyond what I could imagine I could do. She does so with gentle confidence in us and always has a smile on her face.

Clean workout areas, excellent equipment, friendly and knowledgeable trainers, and programs geared toward every age and ability. I’m rehabbing from hip replacement surgery and Carol has been a huge help in my getting back to 100%. I’ve been a member for 17 years and love everything this club offers.

The Adirondack club is simply awesome. What can I tell you about it? Well for one it’s clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also also offer a variety of different classes. The atmosphere is very upbeat and it’s truly a great place to come and work out. Personal trainers are just awesome. My trainer Jenn Goebel is one of the best I’ve ever had. They all work with you and help you achieve your goals.  They take whatever necessary steps to get you going and also assist and motivate you to just simply hit your mark every single time.

Regular training with Lisa is as essential to good health as annual physicals, mammograms and colonoscopies. Her knowledgeable instruction of functional weight training means that my body continues to get stronger and “function” well despite aging and the stressors of everyday wear and tear. The extent to which Lisa understands and works with each person’s issues and limitations is remarkable. I also appreciate that she confers with other health professionals to bring the most helpful information to her clients. She is a wonderful resource for all things pertaining to wellness.

Clean, friendly and well equipped. All the personal trainers are great. A special shout out to Personal trainer, Lisa Sawyer. She is the best. Really knows her stuff and is excellent at making sure you are doing the exercise correctly to avoid injury.

Adirondack club is a wonderful and welcoming environment. Familiar faces within the club and poolside and friendly faces behind the counter. We haven’t met a trainer/ teacher/ employee that didn’t 100% impress us. This is the most inclusive gym we have ever found!

We love the Adirondack club! Great classes, instructors, staff… and our kids love/loved the preschool and camps 😊

I would like to give shout outs to the fitness team and especially my coach Emily Malaquias for the fantastic experience I am having with the personal training program at ADK. At our very first meeting Emily did a great job assessing who I was as an athlete and what I hoped to achieve from a personal training program. Having now spent several months with her in semi-private training, I realize just what a good coach can teach you and do for your workouts. She brings her passion for coaching and her compassion for each of our individual struggles to every session. The program overall has exceeded my expectations and more importantly really changed how I focus on my own well being. To anyone thinking of adding some personal training to their workout I highly recommend this offering. In addition, having just become a member back in December, I would like to recognize and say thanks to Lexi Beahm for the great introduction to ADK and all its benefits. Also enough can't be said about the hospitality of the member services group that greet me everyday and the maintenance team that makes the place shine. One last big shout out and thanks to Dave Dunbar for the spiritual refocusing workout he provides to his Kripalu yoga class every Thursday and Saturday!

From Lisa's wonderful tour, to Emily's superb personal training this has been my best workout experience ever in my 20 years of working out! Your facility is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly! Thank you for this new lifetime opportunity! I am looking forward to continue exercising with you in the years ahead looking forward to the new me!

The tennis courts are wonderful- top notch- with great instructors - (esp Ben!!). I play there 3x/week. The fitness areas and staff are amazing. Emily is a very knowledgeable & personable trainer, designs programs tailored to my specific needs. I've noticed dramatic improvement in just four weeks! I highly recommend Emily! And Colin sends inspirational emails almost daily- which spurs me on. The entire club is very well maintained, with a strict cleaning regime, also state of art air filtration system with frequent air quality testing. This facility was my safe haven during the pandemic due to their strict safety protocols. They also have a beautiful swimming pool - enclosed in winter but open in summer! I highly recommend the Adirondack Club!!

I’m writing to offer some recognition for Personal Trainer Lisa Sawyer. She’s knowledgeable, practical, flexible, encouraging, and engaging. Wicked smaht. But on a serious note, she makes small group training feel personal. Lisa is connected to each client she works with and makes each one of us, and our individual fitness needs, a priority. Very thankful to call Lisa my trainer and my friend.

A+ I love the ADK, it’s my home away from home and truly my therapy. I feel so good after my workouts and the club energy is amazing!!

Jenn’s focus has been a great experience.  She has completely changed the way I work out.  She has provided new routines and exercises that provide strength and balance in my workouts. She spends the time to know her clients’ individual needs and attentively works to individualize workouts in a manner that accommodates injuries and “pain points” while focusing on areas of weakness to achieve a balanced healthier approach to lifting and exercise.  She’s a great asset to the club. 

One other facet of the adk experience that I have found particularly valuable is the  trainerize  app.  I have used the app consistently over the year.  It provides routine workouts that allow me to maintain a variable workout schedule every week, with new areas of focus and a regimen of exercises and reps.  This has ensured that I stay out of a “rut” and exposed  me to new exercises that are challenging and impactful. The workouts are structured and balanced and provide brief videos for each of the exercises to illustrate how to correctly perform them. It’s an excellent compliment to my other workouts during the week.

You guys are awesome. So professional. Love coming there and joining has made my life better.

Extremely clean, professional and fun staff, fantastic adjustment during the pandemic, responsive management, owner is willing to do anything to keep up with the times and adapts...love this place! Highly recommend!

My son has been attending the Child Care services since he was 4 months old and I can't say enough about the facilities and staff. He is now a part of the Active Kids Preschool and the program is excellent. There are not many other preschools that offer swim lessons, fitness classes, nature walks, and of course traditional classroom experiences. My son has loved the program and has built relationships, developed social-emotional skills and confidence. We are members of the club and I highly recommend the children's program as well as many of the fitness training opportunities.

My 5 year old daughter went to Adirondack's adventure camp for 1 week. She had an absolute blast! She came home with a huge smile and lots of stories every day. She loved the counselors and the campers. Drop off and pick up is extremely easy and efficient. I also love that you can purchase lunch for the week for a small fee. It was great not having to worry about packing lunch. We will definitely be back next year! Thanks ADK!!

The tennis programs are phenomenal! I had never played tennis before and began a few years ago at the club. They helped me from the very start and now I’m able to play a couple of times a week. Not only do I continue to learn tennis skills, but I’ve formed wonderful friendships. Now 3 of my children and my husband also play take lessons and play at the club. Highly recommend tennis at the Adirondack club!!
