At The Adirondack Club

Does your middle or high school athlete have a busy and unpredictable schedule?

Having a hard time figuring out when they can train?

Our semi-private drop in training program is for you.

This program is limited to 6 athletes per training session and allows your athlete to pick their schedule weekly.

We have time slots open Monday-Friday after school, evenings, and Saturday mornings.

Summer Schedule 2021

Monday-Friday 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm

Fridays 9:00am
