You can join at any time.

Current Program Times:
Monday: 4:30-5:15pm (1 Spot)
Tuesday: 3:45-4:30pm (2 Spots)
Thursday 3:45-4:30pm (FULL)
1x a week $42 for Members
1x a week $52.50 for Non-members
We introduce 7-10 year old's to foundational athletic movements and skills in a safe and fun way.
This program includes dynamic warm-ups, play based speed and agility training, obstacle courses, body weight strength movements, and more.
Training Sessions are limited to 8 athletes per class!
