We introduce 8-10-year-olds to foundational athletic movements and skills in a safe and fun way. This program includes dynamic warm-ups, play-based speed and agility training, obstacle courses, body weight strength movements, and more.This program runs through out the school year in 8-12 week-long sessions and in the summer.
