We introduce 7-10 year old's to foundational athletic movements and skills in a safe and fun way.

This program includes dynamic warm-ups, play based speed and agility training, obstacle courses, body weight strength movements, and more.

Monday:

4:30-5:15pm -

Tuesday:

4:00-4:45pm

Wednesday:

4:30-5:15pm

Thursday:

4:00-4:45pm

Friday:

4:30-5:15pm -

Saturday

9:30-10:15am

Limited To 8 Athletes Per Class

Cost Per Training Time Slot:

 $96 for Members

$120 for Non-members

Monday training slot is only 7 sessions. Fee prorated at checkout.

New athletes come try a session for free.
