7-10 YEAR OLDS

YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

We introduce 7-10 year old's to foundational athletic movements and skills in a safe and fun way.

This program includes dynamic warm-ups, play based speed and agility training, obstacle courses, body weight strength movements, and more.

Spring 8 Week Training Program

Session Starts 3/1/21 runs through 4/23/21

Current Program Times:

Monday:

4:30-5:15pm - FULL

Tuesday:

3:30-4:15pm 2 Spots

Wednesday:

4:30-5:15pm Full

Thursday:

3:30-4:15pm - 2 Spots

Friday:

4:30-5:15pm - FULL

Limited To 6 Athletes Per Class

Cost Per Training Time Slot:

 $88 for Members

$110 for Non-members

New Athletes come try a session for free.
